Life is a wild ride — full of chaos, beauty, growth, and the unexpected. Nikki believes that navigating those in-between moments becomes so much easier when you have someone truly listening and walking beside you.
As a therapist, Nikki takes a warm, integrative, and person-centered approach, helping clients understand the deeper roots of their patterns while building the confidence and clarity to move through life with intention. Her work centers around helping individuals identify what’s been keeping them stuck, strengthening emotional regulation, and creating change that
feels grounded, authentic, and sustainable.
In sessions, clients can expect a safe, collaborative, and encouraging space where healing feels personal rather than clinical. Nikki blends insight with practical tools, offering perspective while honoring your pace and your story. Together, you’ll explore triggers, rebuild self-trust, and learn to navigate life’s complexities with more ease and compassion.
Nikki specializes in working with ADHD, high-functioning and busy adults, professionals and business owners, and individuals struggling with anxiety, burnout, and the lingering impacts of trauma. She has a strong passion for helping both women and men develop self-esteem, self-worth, and true self-confidence, as well as unraveling attachment patterns shaped by emotionally immature parents or past relationships.
Before opening her private practice, Nikki worked in education and residential treatment settings, supporting individuals in recovery and helping them build life skills. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her work, offering a blend of empathy, clarity, and real-world strategies that meet clients exactly where they are.
Nikki is a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, a Master’s in Education from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor’s in Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Deeply committed to her clients’ growth, Nikki helps people move from survival mode to stability, from overwhelm to emotional regulation, and from self-doubt to a renewed sense of confidence and alignment. Her passion lies in empowering others to reconnect with their inner strength, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels balanced, connected, and truly fulfilling.
