Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also earned a Master’s degree in Education from Western Governors University and a Master’s degree from the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Touro University. Currently, Nikki is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist intern in the state of Nevada, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their unique challenges and achieve their personal and relational goals.
Previously, Nikki worked in residential treatment facilities focusing on substance abuse and life skills development. Before opening her private practice, she was a teacher for five years. Drawing from her prior work experience and life experiences, Nikki takes an intuitive approach to connect with her clients and meet their needs.
Nikki's main passion and focus areas include anxiety, ADHD, communication issues, parenting, healing past traumas, life transitions, and self-work (self-esteem, self-love, and self-discovery). She is committed to guiding her clients toward personal growth and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Randi is a duly licensed therapist specializing in mental health and addictions. She received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has been actively practicing for 7 years; furthermore, she has worked with many different populations of clients including, but not limited to, those struggling with addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and difficulty coping with life’s stressors.
Randi believes in an eclectic approach, since no one counseling theory will fit all different situations and individualized problems. Her therapy style draws influence mainly from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Randi believes people are the experts of their own lives, and seeks to understand the situation from their unique perspective and point of view. Randi’s warm and compassionate personality makes it easier for others to open up about their challenges; she is not one to judge and is passionate about helping clients gain new insights, identify strengths, and build upon those strengths.

Holly has dedicated over a decade to the counseling field, earning dual licenses to treat mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Holly specializes in trauma-informed care, bringing extensive experience in supporting survivors and their loved ones affected by trauma. Her passion for educating others about trauma helps to validate and normalize their experiences, aiming to destigmatize trauma responses.

She believes that therapy is most effective when it offers a safe space for wholehearted self-expression. Jennifer Douglas is a Walden University Student Counselor in her Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She previously received her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology. She has a passion for people and decades of life experience contributing to understanding and empathy for clients with diverse struggles. Jennifer is warm, supportive, down to earth, and enjoys helping others to challenge their beliefs with honest and direct dialogue delivered in a compassionate manner.
Jennifer is a fierce advocate for mental health and creating healthy relationship boundaries. She works with all individuals and families. Jennifer uses a trauma-informed approach as she works with issues such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and PTSD. She brings a unique focus to individuals who are living with chronic pain and/or terminal health challenges as well as a multitude of Women’s issues (ie. infertility, adoption, loss, pregnancy complications, postpartum experiences, hormone and mental and/or physical health fluctuations, and parenting special needs children) and people dealing with complicated family dynamics. Jennifer has completed training for Level 1 and Level 2 Parts and Memory Therapy, a style of therapy that helps moderate the overwhelming emotions associated with intense life experiences.
